Dr. Suzanne Chew is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Toronto Mississauga, Departments of Anthropology and Geography, Geomatics and Environment. She completed her PhD at the University of Calgary in Geography, focusing on natural resource co-governance and the role of communication and participation in environmental decision-making. She has a Masters in Environmental Technology and an undergraduate degree in Physics from Imperial College London. Dr. Chew worked for over 7 years in the private and non-profit sectors focused on scaling up low-carbon programmes in Asia and Africa. Her research interests include energy and resource co-governance, participation, ontology, and the Arctic.
