I hold a PhD in Economics from the University of Barcelona (awarded Cum Laude with International Mention). My research primarily focuses on evaluating regulation, policies, market design, and behavior within the energy sector, with a particular emphasis on the European framework.

Accredited Full Professor -Catedràtic, I am an Associate Professor in the Department of Economics and Business at the University of Lleida and an associate researcher at the Barcelona Institute of Economics.
