Elena Claire Ricci is assistant professor at the University of Verona. She holds an MSc in Environmental Sciences from the University of Milan Bicocca, an MSc in Environmental and Resource Economics from University College London (UCL) and a PhD in Economics from the University of Milan. She has carried out research at the University of Milan, FEEM, CMCC. She serves as Policy Associate for the European project "Energy-SHIFTS". Her main research interests are: • food, energy and environmental economics and policies; • consumer behaviour and choices; • sustainability, 'sustainability transitions', and 'education for sustainable development'; • System Dynamics modelling applied to consumer energy choices.
