Dr. Aparna Venugopal is a Post Doctoral Fellow at the University of New Brunswick, Fredericton with the Center for Technology Management and Entrepreneurship. A Mechanical Engineer, with Masters and Doctorate in Management Studies, currently her research focuses on the sustainable business model solutions needed in the electric energy industry. In addition, she explores the effect of strategic alliances and ambidextrous capabilities in pro-social energy start ups. Furthermore, she is spearheading another project looking into sustainable business model solutions to the energy security and equality issues in the rural and remote communities of Canada.
