Dr Mingyue (Selena) Sheng is a Research Fellow in the Energy Centre at the University of Auckland Business School. Selena is specialised in the field of applied economics/econometrics and advanced data analysis. Her ongoing research interests include climate change issues, carbon emissions reduction, and economic evaluations of emerging technologies in transportation systems and policy appraisals for the faster uptake of alternative fuel vehicles. Her research has been published in numerous leading academic journals. Despite being an early career professional, Selena has also received multiple competitive grants and research awards, from both internal and external funders.
