Dr. Ingrid Behrsin is a political ecologist and a Senior Researcher with the Energy Democracy Initiative at ILSR where she works on community power projects. She has over two decades of research and campaign experience working on progressive causes, and writes on renewable energy policy, environmental justice, and energy communities. She holds a PhD in Geography and an MSc in Community and Regional Development from UC Davis, and a BA in International Development from UC Berkeley.
